Bueller?? Bueller??

Yes, I know I've been absent for quite some time. In fact, it's been almost three months since I've shared a real post and there are myriad reasons for that.  I thank all of you who have gently nudged me to write again.  This post has nothing of substance.  It's sort of a "soft re-opening." I just wanted everyone to know we are still here and there is much to catch up on.  My goal is to have all the gritty details up by next week.  For those of you who are new to this site, please be advised that this blog is recommended for mature audiences only as it contains indecent language as well as explicit depictions of humanity during crisis.

  11. I think if I went thru what you did, I would be saying F, at least a hundred times a day or more..I pray for you often and continue to believe for good things for your lovely family. It was 5 years since my bc diagnosis yesterday. There is hope for us always!!Might have shared this once before but King David pitched his tent in the land of hope. My tent is pitched firmly in the land of hope...

  12. I want you to know that I have been following your blog for over a year now and have been so touched and so inspired each and every time I read your journey. A week ago Thursday, March 1st, I knew there was a reason why I had found your blog... I was diagnosed with anal cancer. I am a teacher and plan to spend this next week, my Spring Break, getting a PET scan, EUS, the port implantation and having my initial consultation with my radiaton oncologist and colorectal surgeon. Your family is so strong and I hope that I can be just the same. Thank you for sharing so much of your life with those of us who have no idea how you have really touched our lives.

  14. I suspect you have had more important things to attend to than posting all the time not to mention it's nice to be able to set 'it' aside once in a while & just live your life with your loving, brave husband & your sweet, beautiful daughter. To get through a day without talking about anything having to do with your illnesses is a special treat. Everybody needs a treat once in a while. It's good for the spirit, good for the soul. God bless!!

  25. Can you imagine the day you have the energy to cook, do the dishes, scrub the bathroom, do the laundry, love, teach, dress Sadie, make dinner and then go to a doctor's appointment and be really annoyed that you have to go to the doctor's appointment? May all those things come swiftly for you and Nathan.

  33. Leng, are you REALLY asking for an update? I still remember when you slammed some lady hoping for an update last summer. You said:

    LENG
    Aug 11, 2011 10:56 AM
Rosa, they will give us an update when they can. They know we are concerned and praying for them and want to know. But we should encrouch upon their privacy with expectations they may not be comfortable sharing right now. They owe us nothing. They do not have to tell us anything. They have blessed us sharing their horrific ordeal. So lets not sound like the "National Enquirer" no matter how concerned we are and "want to know." Do you want to know because you really care, or you just curious? Shame on you for asking them to update us. How insensitive. Think please!
    --------

So, Leng, I see your spirituality has taken you from bashing others to trying to make the Bonds feel guilty because you're praying all the time for them and they aren't reciprocating with enough news to satisfy you. Keep praying, you need it....

    ReplyDelete
  34. Yep! I am - shoot me because I love these people and pray for them and worry about them. It was in bad taste last year to ask for an update when they were so ill. Ellie is NED last time she updated and Nate was doing well. They are moving on with life. Yes, I want an update that things are still WONDERFUL FOR THEM - Unlike last year when their lives were in turmoil. Have the guts to write your name anonymous. I am not afraid to tell people who I am. And if you are the hack that has been harrassing and e-mailing me. I do have your IP and google is looking into you.

Grow-up. You are definitely spiritually dead.

  35. Miss hearing from you! I hope you all are doing well!!!!

  36. As an outsider looking in, Anonymous wins the Anonymous vs LENG battle. Hypocrisy is not attractive LENG.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Anonymous you won't win. Cancer sucks and so do you. Bye, bye!!!! Go get a life you hypoctite calling the kettle black. Mind your own business. Go start your own blog and leave LENG the FUCK alone!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wow now LENG is talking to itself. They have medication for multiple personalities. You should call your physician.

  39. Can't wait for more posts. You are an amazing family! Your posts make me laugh and cry all at the same time!

  40. Leng and anonymous should find another forum to vent their venom.
